What you do Prototype construction: You assemble prototypes for demanding performance and type tests. Interface work: You work closely with production management, design, and test engineers. Process design: You build up the Leistungsschalter assembly and continuously optimize it to ensure the highest efficiency. What you bring Foundation: A completed apprenticeship as a mechanic, machine mechanic, polymechanic, or in a comparable profession. Experience: Several years of practice in assembly and/or production. Mindset: A clear view of efficiency and the motivation to continuously improve processes.
