To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a 100% automotive after-sales service advisor for our La Chaux-de-Fonds site 100% Automotive After-Sales Service Advisor Holder of a CFC in an automotive trade, you have experience in this sector. You attach great importance to the quality of your work; you are able to work as part of a team, but you are also able to work autonomously. Your organizational skills and precision allow you to handle a large volume of work. You hold a driver's license; your knowledge of the Volkswagen and Volkswagen Véhicules Utilitaires brands is a considerable asset. You are a positive and solution-oriented person. Your communication skills allow you to easily manage contacts within the team and with customers; you have good computer skills and appreciate common computer tools. You master the French language in writing and speaking. In this function, you will be in charge of receiving and advising customers for after-sales service; scheduling appointments and planning workshop work; preparing and following up on files; ensuring and guaranteeing the quality of our products and services; collaborating closely with sales, the workshop, and customers.
