Accounting Clerk Debt Collection (m/f/d)

Together with the section management and seven employees, you will perform the following tasks in the "Zentrale Inkassostelle" department:

• Triggering and monitoring of reminder runs
• Answering telephone and written inquiries
• Conclusion and monitoring of installment agreements
• Complete legal collection according to SchKG incl. bankruptcy and composition proceedings
• Booking/processing of incoming payments
• Re-management of receivables from certificates of loss
• Case forwarding for the conversion of fines and monetary penalties into substitute imprisonment or community service
• completed commercial training or equivalent further education
• ideally practical experience in accounting (accounts receivable management)
• foreign language skills are an advantage
• exact and expeditious working even under pressure
• confident German (oral and written)
• social competence and teamwork, resilience, reliability and assertiveness
• composure when dealing with customers in difficult life situations
