Housekeeping and Care Staff 50-70%

In the Home & Care area, you support our customers in the household and accompany them in everyday life. You contribute to ensuring they can live in their familiar environment and relieve them of daily tasks.

Your tasks:

• You ensure that our customers feel comfortable at home and can live independently in their familiar environment for a long time. The main part of your work is household management (maintenance cleaning/weekly cleaning). This includes cleaning living rooms and bathrooms, laundry care, creating order, and occasionally simple tasks such as watering plants or caring for pets.
• Additionally, you sometimes accompany our customers in everyday life, for example through personal conversations or by supporting them in various small activities.
• You work in different households and deal respectfully and openly with the various living and residential situations of our customers.
• You document the services you have provided and your observations electronically in our system Perigon – simple and understandable.

You bring with you:

• Professional experience in the service sector (e.g., housekeeping, gastronomy) or completed training in this area
• German language skills (at least level B2) as well as the ability to understand Swiss German
• Completed course in Housekeeping and Care or basic course as a home helper is an advantage
• Service orientation as well as reliability, independence and flexibility
• Basic knowledge in handling electronic devices and willingness to develop these further
