Job description
MAJMUNSCHE provides supplementary family care for children between the ages of 3 months and kindergarten in a converted farmhouse with many play areas and green surroundings. The care team is responsible for the well-being, care, and safety of the children. For this, reflective employees are important, as they take on a role model function. MAJMUNSCHE ensures that the requirements for holistic developmental support are provided and implemented. You want to work with and for children in teamwork and are a school leaver aged 16-27 years. We offer insight into the different aspects of methodology, hygiene, and pedagogy of professional social work, as well as the opportunity to participate actively. During the internship, you will deal with everyday support, regulations for the protection of children such as duty of supervision, data protection, hygiene, and best practice. You will design creative developmental tasks for the children and offer them support. In doing so, you will learn to perform tasks efficiently, work with others, and find your own alternatives for action through exchange with the team. We expect interest in engaging with childhood themes and contributing actively. We will agree on internship goals and deepening topics individually. We require initiative, resilience, and a sense of responsibility. Profile:

9 years of compulsory CH school with Sek. A or B completion
German language level grade 4-5, high social competence
healthy, athletic lifestyle
good manners and a well-groomed appearance
commute max. 10 km or 30 min.
