The Primar- Sekundarstufe Verhalten in Ettiswil accompanies students (3rd - 9th school year) in the area of behavior and socio-emotional development. We run two mixed-age day school groups and one boarding group. We work interdisciplinarily, networked, system- and resource-oriented. We orient ourselves towards the needs of the students and promote all competency areas together, with a focus on self-confidence and self-determination. We live reliability even in crisis situations and develop common options with the main focus on further development. Projects and intensive career orientation support the process.

Social Pedagogue and Team Leader, workload 80-90% ##

Tasks

• Personnel and organizational leadership of an interdisciplinary team with 4-6 employees
• Competence-oriented social pedagogical support of the students in the boarding school, including on-call duty
• Responsibility in the planning and implementation of projects, reference person work, support planning and parental work
• Further development of the offering

Requirements

• Completed social pedagogical training
• Leadership experience, ideally in a comparable setting
• Post-graduate course as a practical instructor (Praxisausbildner/in) is an advantage
• An open, visionary approach in social pedagogy and high motivation to actively contribute to the interdisciplinary team
• The attitude that social pedagogical learning fields including coaching are foundational and that attitudes are developed together
• You experience challenging situations as an enriching part of your work
