Requirement profile:

• Sound knowledge in mechatronics, automation, electrical engineering and similar
• Knowledge of vacuum, as well as climate and building technology is an advantage
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in maintenance & independent fault diagnosis
• Structured problem solving & teamwork skills
• Flexibility, willingness to perform on-call service
• Motivation to develop yourself and learn new things

Tasks:

• Procurement of consumables and spare parts as well as the necessary media for the maintenance of the infrastructure in consultation with the supervisor
• Participation in the evaluation and procurement of new investments
• Operation and maintenance of an electromechanical workshop for the purpose of creating, repairing and modifying operating resources such as product-specific tools, fixtures and smaller devices
• Electrical and mechanical fault diagnoses
• Creation, maintenance and monitoring of the annual maintenance plan
• Team leadership of up to 2 employees
• Operation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of infrastructure facilities such as water treatment, air conditioning systems, neutralization systems, compressed air compressors, vacuum systems, alarm systems, etc.
• On-call service on a rotational basis with other persons
• Monitoring and documentation of production-relevant parameters
• Operation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of production systems
• Carrying out recurring checks on machines
• Carrying out repairs and modifications to the production facilities according to the maintenance plan
• Spare parts procurement
• Commissioning and supervision of external companies
