The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and sells pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical, food, and cell or DNA research industries.

What you can achieve:

As a member of the «Master Data Management» team, you will accompany products during their lifecycle as part of an interdisciplinary team from market launch to discontinuation. You ensure that all changes, whether to the product or its processes, are coordinated in the form of change projects and implemented with high quality. You work in a dynamic team and are responsible for all Engineering Change Orders in the entire Business Unit Robotics product portfolio.

What you can achieve

• Planning, coordination and tracking of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments.
• Maintenance and documentation of product master data in the ERP system as well as ensuring high data quality.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements as well as complete change documentation.
• Coordination and support in the implementation of product changes into production.
• Ensuring a structured and traceable filing of change documents.
• Participation in the further development and optimization of master data and change processes.

What you bring with you:

• Technical basic training with technical, commercial or business administration further training
• Experience in handling ERP systems, ideally in master data or change management
• Technical understanding of product structures, bills of materials and change processes is an advantage
• High quality and process understanding as well as networked thinking
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and assertiveness
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
