Your tasks ##

• Development, maintenance and 360° advice for a client portfolio in the areas of mortgages, investments, pension and basic products
• Possible replacement of the branch manager as well as the client advisors in the client zone
• Sale of the entire range of products and services, including cross-selling
• Systematic collection of needs and external potential
• Transmission to internal specialist teams
• Acquisition of new clients, participation in client events including networking

What you bring ##

• Completed basic commercial training, preferably in the banking sector
• SAQ certification or willingness to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe
• Several years of experience in client advisory
• Team spirit, great personal initiative as well as organizational skills
• Pleasant manners, communicative and empathetic nature
• Regional anchoring
