About the role
Our client, a public administration, is looking for a Building Technician for a temporary replacement.
You will be required to design and plan construction projects, as well as draw and develop plans. You will also work directly on the field during construction site monitoring.

Tasks
Draw construction plans
Maintain & update building plan files
Plan & manage construction, renovation & layout works
Ensure construction site monitoring
Ensure all administrative & financial management of assigned projects
We are looking for
CFC as a draftsman orientation architecture / civil engineering OR ES Diploma as a planner / in construction management
First similar experience, an asset
Working language: French
Knowledge of AutoCAD or a similar software
Immediate availability
Responsible, sociable & intellectually curious personality
