Architecte MPQ Responsibilities: Design and develop architectural plans in accordance with client needs and current regulations. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the technical and financial feasibility of projects. Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses. Prepare technical drawings, models, and 3D visualizations. Monitor and supervise construction work to ensure compliance with plans and deadlines. Ensure administrative management of projects, including permit applications and tender files. Participate in site meetings and resolve technical issues during the project. REG Profile sought: Diploma in architecture (DPLG, DE, HMONP or equivalent). Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an architecture firm. Mastery of CAD/DTP software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Knowledge of construction standards and regulations. Strong project management and communication skills. Creativity, rigor, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
