For our client, we are looking for a

Team Leader Electrical Planning 100% (m/f/d) 100%

Tasks:

• You will take over the technical and personnel leadership of our team in electrical planning.
• You plan and coordinate appointments, resources and priorities and ensure that all electrotechnical documents are created on time and in high quality.
• You support your team in professional development, accompany new employees during their induction and promote knowledge exchange.
• You optimize existing processes and workflows in electrical planning and develop them continuously.
• You participate in the recruitment of new employees and assist in the technical assessment of applicants.
• You work closely with the mechanics, software, production and customer service departments.
• You manage the ECAD system Zuken E3, maintain templates and libraries and ensure their correct application.
• You introduce new hardware components and accompany their integration.
• You create electrical schematics, bills of materials, production documents as well as technical documentation and check them carefully.
• You develop technical solutions for customer-specific requirements

Requirements:

• You have completed basic training as an automation technician or in a comparable electrical profession.
• Further training as an electrical engineer HF is an advantage.
• You bring several years of experience in electrical planning, electrical design or in the field of mechatronic systems.
• You have very good knowledge of electrical design as well as in handling CAD systems. Experience with Zuken E3 or EPLAN is a plus.
• You enjoy providing technical support to a small team, passing on your knowledge and developing practical solutions together.
• Ideally, you have already been able to gain leadership experience. However, your technical competence, your sense of responsibility and your clear communication are even more important to us.
• You have very good German skills. English skills are an advantage.
• You are a committed, team-oriented and flexible personality with an independent, exact and reliable way of working.
• Creativity as well as enjoyment of technical challenges round off your profile.
