Mission:

• Manage and organize the Garden sector by placing customer satisfaction at the center of priorities

Advise with expertise, make the store attractive and ensure a neat presentation according to our internal concepts
Guarantee the availability of merchandise, plan and implement the promotional activities of the sector
Analyze key figures, take appropriate measures and ensure optimal planning of resources within the budget
Lead a small team by setting clear objectives, promoting motivation and developing everyone's skills

Required skills:

• You demonstrate a pronounced interest in sales, have a good commercial flair and aspire to a position of responsibility
• You hold a CFC in horticulture, landscaping or a recognized training in the sale of flowers and plants.
• Proven experience in a similar function, including team management
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills, a great sense of responsibility and are in good physical condition
• You exercise natural and motivating leadership, facilitate contact and communication, and promote team spirit
• You master French orally and in writing, are comfortable with common IT tools and demonstrate flexibility to meet customer schedules
