• Responsible for construction sites in road and civil engineering in cooperation with the site managers
• Responsible on-site for the timely and professional execution of the work
• Professional leadership of the construction site personnel and responsible for their deployment planning on the construction site
• Responsible for occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection on the construction site
• Reporting

With these competencies, you will inspire us

• Completed training in civil and/or road engineering with several years of professional experience
• Completed further training as a Foreman or Foreperson
• Proven professional experience as a Foreman or Foreperson in civil engineering
• Committed, conscientious, and winning personality
• Pronounced flexibility and team player
• Ability to motivate and inspire people
• Knowledge of common construction software
