Your tasks

• Operational management and organization of the housekeeping management sector, including cleaning and laundry
• Supervision, promotion and development of employees (team of approximately 22 people)
• Guarantee of professional, customer-oriented housekeeping management, as well as high standards of quality and hygiene
• Planning, steering and controlling housekeeping management processes, including work planning
• Active participation in daily operations and close collaboration with the hospitality management

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist in hospitality-housekeeping management CFC or equivalent
• Additional training as a hospitality-housekeeping management sector manager EFA an asset
• Several years of professional experience in housekeeping management
• Leadership skills, team spirit and pleasure in collaborating
• Strong service orientation, respectful attitude towards residents and their relatives
• Organizational talent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills, quality awareness and mastery of common Office programs
