Permanent contract position between 80% - 100% Your future responsibilities: • You will provide quality care, taking into account the resources and past of the residents, in a benevolent and respectful approach. • You will ensure rigorous organization and follow-up to guarantee excellent communication with the multidisciplinary team and families, while respecting the clients' life project. • You will actively participate in the individualized support of clients in a family and welcoming setting. Your profile: • You hold the CFC diploma in Assistant in community care and health (ASSC). • You have acquired diversified experience in your field • You demonstrate great organization and an ability to communicate effectively with clients, families and the interdisciplinary team. • You have a marked interest in home care. • You are mobile.
