Assistant Communication & Web Content 20% About the role Our client, a major player in the public sector, is looking for someone in communication and content creation to support the management team of a large-scale digitalization project. This is a 20% mission, for a duration of 3 years, which could potentially be extended if you prove yourself. As communication & change management, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic and operational operations of the project. You will be responsible for the creation of editorial content, the website, visual supports and video capsules as part of the digital transformation of the institution Tasks The role consists of producing varied content (texts, videos, visuals) and managing digital communication channels to accompany the digital transition of the institution. Feed and update the website, write internal newsletters and popularization content Write internal newsletters and legal popularization content Design visual supports and posters respecting the graphic charter Create video capsules and tutorials to accompany users Support the logistics of photo shoots and the selection of visuals Support the writing of press releases and FAQs We are looking for Student at HEG, HES or equivalent in communication, digital marketing or web design Excellent writing skills in French Mastery of visual creation tools (type Adobe Suite or Canva) Ability to popularize complex subjects for the general public Mastery of the Office suite and web content management tools (CMS) To succeed in this function, your personal skills are the following: Change oriented Social Responsible Intellectually curious Our recruitment process This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work.
