Product Manager Labor Market Offers 80 - 100 %

The Labor Market Offers department is responsible for providing and ensuring the quality standards of all labor market measures (AMM). Our range of AMM includes courses, education, and employment offers for job seekers registered with the RAV, with the goal of rapid and sustainable reintegration into the labor market. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a service-oriented and quality-conscious personality by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the demand-oriented planning and quality assurance of the cantonal labor market measures (AMM) and continuously review your offer portfolio according to the needs of the RAV personnel consultancy
• You participate in the preparation of awards and public procurements and contribute your technical expertise to the evaluation and realization of the AMM.
• You undertake the content-related, organizational, and technical management of the offers (including examination of employment, education, and coaching concepts, visits, quantity planning, etc.)
• You support the personnel consultants in the Regional Employment Centers (RAV) in all matters regarding the qualification of job seekers and the effective use of the AMM.
• You develop new, effective educational concepts and employment offers for job seekers.
• You participate in the demand-oriented procurement of AMM as well as in cross-departmental projects and working groups.
• You monitor the labor and education market in order to continuously optimize the offers.

Your competencies

• You have training and/or further education in the field of (adult) education or labor integration.
• You have experience in the development and conception of educational or labor integration offers and in project management.
• You have strong conceptual skills and master high-level, stylish German.
• You possess high team and communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation skills.
• You enjoy administrative activities, have an affinity for databases, a high awareness of quality paired with customer orientation, as well as very good MS Office skills.
