Your tasks

• Management of mandates in the area of child and adult protection
• Management of material social assistance dossiers
• Profession-specific administration and reports (assessment reports in case of danger reports)
• Immaterial counseling of people in personal, financial, and legal matters
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with third parties and authorities

Your profile

• Degree in social work (FH/HF) or further training in the social sector or the willingness to complete such further training, CAS Mandate Management is an advantage
• Commercial basic training with experience in social work in a municipal administration or similar organizations
• Good knowledge of social insurance
• Resilience, ability to work in a team, and independent action
• Organizational ability and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good knowledge of the Windows environment as well as a flair for administrative activities, knowledge of the program Tutoris facilitates the start
