For the Tertianum Schönberg in Bern, we are looking for, as of now or by arrangement, an   Administration Employee 60%   Your tasks • Daily guest administration/guest consulting • Contact person for internal guests and external visitors • Operating the telephone switchboard, reception/reception desk • Operative support for the Managing Director • Creating contract documents • Accounting tasks such as accounts payable posting and invoicing • Administration and ordering of office supplies and printed matter • Assistance and support in the implementation and organization of marketing measures and events Your profile • Completed training as Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ and several years of professional experience in a comparable function • Very good IT skills (MS Office, CRM, CMS, SAP) • Precise way of working • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
