In the Supply Chain Management team in our SCM department, we are looking for an experienced and qualified Project Buyer SCM. Shape the future of mobility together with us. In this versatile function, you will ensure that the right components are available at the right time in the right quality. In close cooperation with suppliers, engineering, production, and logistics, you will accompany procurement topics along the entire project lifecycle and actively drive cost, quality, and process optimizations. In this way, you will make a decisive contribution to the success of our vehicle projects and create sustainable added value for the HESS Group. Your tasks ### • Processing of long-term items in cooperation with Strategic Procurement • Technical responsibility for the assigned product groups • Responsibility for the Procure-to-Pay process (P2P) • Obtaining offers and creating cost comparisons • Creating presentations and draft contracts in German and English • Organization and preparation of internal and external supplier meetings • Master data maintenance (material master, framework agreements) • Independent communication with suppliers and internal departments • Active involvement in the product development and project process • Conception and realization of cost reduction and quality improvement measures • Leading and/or participating in procurement projects Our requirements ### • Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with procurement-specific or business administration further education • Experience in project management is an advantage • Sensitivity in dealing with a wide variety of interlocutors • Teamwork skills, loyalty, and high resilience • Reliable assertiveness and highly self-reliant • Exact and structured way of working • Very good German and English skills (oral/written), other languages are an advantage • Very good user knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) We offer you ### • Responsible activity in an exciting and innovative environment • Interesting and challenging area of responsibility in a versatile company • Great design possibilities and a lot of personal responsibility • Say in the entire group • Modern remuneration and working model • Long-term perspectives If you feel addressed, send us your complete application documents including a cover letter via link ().
