CEO Sonnenhalde AG As part of the succession planning, we are looking for, by agreement, a: CEO Your tasks: You bear the overall operational responsibility for Sonnenhalde. This includes managing clinic operations, controlling budget and results, as well as ensuring efficient processes and a high quality of treatment. You work closely with the Board of Directors in the development and implementation of the strategy and take responsibility for key projects. (Digital) transformation, a clear prioritization of central projects, the further development of the service range and innovation are central to this. As CEO, you represent the clinic internally and externally, position it in the healthcare market and maintain relationships with referrers, authorities, insurers and partner institutions. You ensure attractiveness as an employer and promote a value-oriented corporate culture. Your profile: You have several years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector in a comparable responsibility, ideally in a [medical/clinical] context; you are familiar with the development of networks and public relations and move confidently within the tension field "Medicine – Economy – Values – Politics"; a network in Northwest Switzerland is an advantage. You act in a shaping rather than administrative manner. As an inspiring leader, you convey a clear vision, take people on the journey and are at the same time persistent in achieving goals. You identify with the Christian fundamental values and the concept of humanity shaped by them of the sponsoring organization. You stand for "modern leadership" and have a flair for dealing with people. You have a university degree (Uni/FH), preferably in medicine, economics or nursing; management training is desired.
