Work Integration Specialist (60-80%) - Focus on Job Coaching ## The Work and Placement department of SAH Zentralschweiz accompanies people with different requirements on their way back into the general labor market. Our offers range from potential assessments to job coaching to work-agogic programs. You will work across various offers in our work integration services. The focus of your activity lies in job coaching. Additionally, you will conduct potential assessments and take on assignments in our work-agogic offers. In all areas, you will accompany job seekers individually, work together with referring agencies as well as employers, and support people in developing sustainable professional perspectives.
