You will mobilize your team around preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as continuous improvement processes aimed at strengthening the reliability and performance of industrial equipment. In close collaboration with various departments, you will actively contribute to achieving the security, quality, performance, and availability objectives of your area of responsibility. A day in the life of a Team Leader maintenance (H/F/D) Ensure leadership, support, and skill development of the team. Promote a strong safety culture. Drive maintenance activities by coordinating the daily planning of Technicians. Guarantee the performance and compliance of maintenance interventions. Ensure the continuous improvement of maintenance standards and procedures. Your assets for success Engineering degree or higher technical training, completed by significant professional experience. Proven experience in industrial maintenance, engineering, or production equipment management. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to unite, develop, and support a team. Mastery of data analysis and exploitation (Power BI; TrendMiner; ...). Results orientation, continuous improvement mindset, and sense of priorities. Ability to innovate and promote new technologies and practices. Experience with SAP AMM (Asset Maintenance Management) is an asset.
