In this capacity, you will carry out the following missions: Perform nursing care at the home of persons presenting a state of physical or mental dependency or a disability. Implement client care projects, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary CMS team and the network. Ensure the role of nurse by performing clinical analyses and implementing intervention plans adapted to home life situations.
