Clerk Purchasing & E-Commerce (m/f/d), 80–100 % For our gift shops, we are looking for an engaged and reliable personality for our Purchasing & E-Commerce department, effective immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks In this versatile role, you accompany our products from purchasing to successful publication and ordering in the online shop. At the same time, you look after our B2B customers and support the daily business on our online marketplaces. Maintenance and updating of our article and product data as well as article images Reordering of products and monitoring of delivery dates and product availability Coordination with suppliers and logistics regarding deliveries and discrepancies Quality control of our online published products Processing of B2B inquiries as well as creation and follow-up of offers Support and coordination of B2B orders, especially for corporate and personalized gifts Monitoring and processing of our marketplace orders Processing of customer concerns, complaints and returns Collaboration in the ongoing optimization of our processes and data quality What you bring with you Commercial training or comparable professional experience Structured, careful and independent way of working Enjoyment of administrative tasks and simultaneously of contact with customers and suppliers Good organizational skills and the ability to set priorities Very good German skills as well as good English skills Confident handling of digital tools and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems Experience in purchasing, E-Commerce, article management or B2B is an advantage Above all, we are looking for a person who thinks ahead, takes responsibility and brings things to a reliable conclusion.
