Replace medium to long-term staff absences Strengthen teams during periods of heavy workload or specific situations Accompany and support beneficiaries living in residential homes with the interdisciplinary educational team Interventions with all populations (0 to 18 years) across the various structures for which the FOJ is responsible Interdisciplinary teamwork Parenting support Close collaboration with placement services Irregular working hours Contract type: medium to long-term CDM Activity rate: 80 to 100% Salary scale: according to the Geneva State salary scale Application deadline: 27 September 2026 Training: Bachelor in social work – Haute école de travail social (HETS), or Qualified social educator – École supérieure (ES), or University Bachelor – FAPSE Licence completed by one year of full-time professional practice in a residential setting or in IGE, or Bachelor in nursing Foreign diplomas must imperatively have final SEFRI recognition or an official equivalence. Flexibility, mobility and strong ability to adapt, stress management. Ability for autonomy and team spirit and initiative. Have a good knowledge of the Geneva social network. Good writing skills in French. Be of Swiss nationality or hold a valid work permit.
