To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and qualified Real Estate Manager with a Federal Diploma, who will manage our real estate portfolios with passion and professional expertise.

Tasks

• Independent management of a diverse real estate portfolio (residential and commercial properties).
• Independent management of condominium associations.
• Creation of rental agreements and execution of apartment inspections and handovers.
• Support and advice for tenants, owners, and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring and coordination of maintenance and renovation work.
• Preparation of budgets and annual financial statements.
• Preparation of service charge settlements/operating costs.
• Management and supervision of external service providers.

Qualifications

• Completed further education as a Real Estate Manager with a Federal Diploma.
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management.
• Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of ImmoTop 2 is an advantage.
• Driver's license category B.
