In this versatile role, you will accompany demanding garden, park, and landscape projects in an international environment and combine professional project management with conceptual implementation strength. Your Task You manage and act as a link for international projects in the field of garden, park, and landscape design from conception to realization and coordinate the cooperation with internal and external landscape architects, landscaping companies, and other local partners. In doing so, you move confidently between the different specialist disciplines, stakeholder groups, and countries and ensure that projects are implemented at the highest level qualitatively, aesthetically, and organizationally. Key focuses are the promotion of biodiversity, Native and Local Plant Gardening, as well as Dry Gardening. You implement alternative garden concepts without losing sight of the customer-specific aesthetic requirements. To this end, you engage intensively with the respective locations, taking into account climatic conditions, soil conditions, and local vegetation, and develop a profound understanding of the plants suitable and native to the site. Long-term development as well as the professional maintenance of the facilities are part of your task portfolio, whereby you help to streamline processes with well-thought-out and clever solutions. Regular international travel to the various objects and projects is an integral part of your activity. Your Profile You have a completed degree in landscape architecture, horticultural sciences, or a related field and bring profound experience in garden design as well as in complex project management. Experience with demanding international projects and the coordination of different stakeholders is particularly valuable for this position. Furthermore, you bring in-depth knowledge in garden design, green space management, biodiversity, ecological enhancement, as well as sustainable and alternative design concepts. You possess proven species knowledge, move confidently even with Latin plant names, and are ready to study the flora of new world regions in depth. You know how to bring design requirements into harmony with the natural and climatic conditions of a location. Personally, you convince through independence, organizational talent, teamwork, implementation strength, and a pronounced understanding of service. You act pragmatically and solution-oriented, maintain an overview even in complex project situations, and communicate confidently and appropriately to the target group in German and English.
