Social Worker BSc or BA

Do you move confidently between social work and the corporate world? As a quality-certified, national company for external Occupational Social Counseling, we are looking for the French-speaking Switzerland region for a Social Worker BSc or BA ## with primary place of work in Fribourg. Start of position as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement. These are the core tasks • You advise employees of different hierarchical levels and professional groups on personal, family, health, and financial problems as well as difficulties in the workplace. • You are the contact person and advisor for the companies assigned to you from different industries and are in close contact with HR managers and supervisors. • You enjoy contributing to the further development of our offer, maintain existing customer relationships, and utilize your network in French-speaking Switzerland. This is what you bring with you • You must have a university of applied sciences or university degree in Social Work and bring several years of professional experience in social counseling - ideally in an occupational context in Switzerland. • You have very good knowledge of French and German (oral and written) and can switch confidently between linguistic and corporate cultures. • You enjoy conducting counseling sessions and have experience in goal- and solution-oriented short-term counseling. • You are versatile, committed, and can approach different stakeholder groups in a winning, diplomatic, and competent manner. • You are interested in the diversity of topics and the stance of occupational social counseling and can quickly familiarize yourself with company-internal processes. • You appreciate the challenges in a private sector environment, act in a service-oriented and entrepreneurial manner. • You enjoy working independently at the Fribourg location and while traveling, are loyal and outgoing.
