What awaits you

• You handle the complete order processing of export and import shipments.
• In doing so, you are responsible for the creation of customs and transport accompanying documents (PASSAR export, NCTS, ATLAS).
• You take over the support of assigned Key Accounts.
• Furthermore, you procure the necessary transport capacities on the international transport market.
• Additionally, you also take over the notifications of the carriers.
• Various administrative activities round off the tasks.

What you bring with you

• You have completed basic training as a freight forwarding agent or proven, several years of commercial experience in the forwarding sector.
• Completed further training as a forwarding specialist or foreign trade specialist is desirable.
• Sound knowledge in the customs area is an advantage.
• You use your good IT skills (user including MS-Office) daily, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• German is your mother tongue and you master English in spoken and written form, any further language is an advantage.
• Your confident appearance and your pleasant manners characterize you.
• Your flexibility, teamwork and reliability, as well as a strong understanding of service, round off your profile.
