Goal of the role:

In this exciting function, you combine your technical expertise with your enjoyment of customer contact. You advise customers competently on technical solutions, accompany orders from the quote to the invoicing, and ensure professional and efficient customer support in inside sales.

Your tasks:

Technical advice to customers regarding products and solutions in the field of metal construction fittings

Sales and support of the existing product range

Independent order processing from the quote to the invoicing

Creation and processing of offers

Recording and processing of customer orders

Ensuring smooth order and contract processing

Processing of technical customer inquiries and project support

Coordination with internal specialist departments and suppliers

Support with general tasks in inside sales

Your profile:

Completed training as a metalworker, metal construction draughtsman, metal construction designer, or comparable technical training

Good knowledge in the field of metal construction and technical fittings

Technical understanding combined with commercial flair

Experience in inside sales or in technical customer consulting is an advantage

Strong customer and service orientation

Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing

French language skills are an advantage

Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and learning new things
