Alloboissons SA

A family business active throughout Switzerland, an essential player in the distribution of wines and beverages to both private individuals and professionals, the Alloboissons Group encompasses a beverage distribution company (Alloboissons), a wine club (DIVO), a chain of specialized stores (Halle aux Boissons), and a wine trading company (Les Vins Jules Gex).

Our success is primarily due to the tremendous work of our 184 employees who work daily across 14 distinct sites to aim for excellence in our services. All within a participatory dynamic approach where everyone can and must take their place for the good of the company.

In order to strengthen our IT team, we are looking as soon as possible (but we are prepared to wait a little if you are the right person) for our headquarters in Givisiez:

To facilitate reading, the masculine form is used in this advertisement. The position is open to all persons, regardless of gender.

Business Analyst / Odoo Project Manager (M/F) 100 %

Our ERP Odoo is the operational heart of the Group: it orchestrates all processes related to distribution, stores, trading, and e-commerce. As a business analyst and project manager, you act as the link between the business departments and the IT team. You transform the needs of our 184 users into concrete solutions and manage the projects that evolve our ERP.

Your technical environment

  • Odoo 16 to 20 hosted on-premise, 184 active users
  • An IT team composed of: 1 business analyst, 3 developers, 2 support (application/infrastructure), 2 apprentices.
  • You report to the IT Manager of the Alloboissons Group

Your first challenges

  • Making our reporting reliable: Identify business needs, define clear and shared indicators, and then support the construction of the dashboards they need every day, without going through an Excel export.
  • Putting the standard back at the center: Review our processes in light of the Odoo standard, challenge specific development requests, and support users in adopting best practices.
  • Leading the Odoo 16 to Odoo 20 migration: Manage the functional and organizational aspect of the project, from gap analysis between versions to testing with business departments, up to user training and production rollout. The most visible project of your first year.

Your missions

  • Analyze needs: lead workshops with business departments (sales, logistics, stores, purchasing, finance, etc.), map processes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design solutions: write functional specifications, prioritize standard Odoo configuration, and arbitrate with developers when specific development is necessary.
  • Manage projects: plan, prioritize, and follow projects from end to end (scope, deadlines, budget, risks) and coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Guarantee quality: prepare and conduct testing with key users and validate deliverables before production rollout.
  • Collaborate: work in synergy with developers (translating business needs into solutions), support (feedback from the field, bugs, and ergonomics), and management (priorities and arbitration).
  • Train and support change: write user documentation, train internal teams, and ensure the adoption of new features.
  • Ensure functional monitoring: follow Odoo evolutions and propose the resulting process improvements.

Your profile

  • Several years of experience as a business analyst, functional consultant, or ERP project manager, ideally on Odoo.
  • You master the main Odoo modules (logistics, sales, purchasing, accounting, point of sale, etc.) and know how to get the best out of the standard before resorting to specific developments.
  • You have already led ERP projects from end to end, from requirement gathering to production rollout, using proven project management methods (agile or classical).
  • You are comfortable with data: you know how to define an indicator, verify a figure, and challenge a report.
  • You know how to listen to business departments, rephrase their needs, and explain technical constraints with pedagogy and diplomacy.
  • Organized and rigorous, you move several projects forward in parallel without losing sight of priorities.
  • Languages: fluent French; German and English are an asset.

A plus

  • Experience in migration between major Odoo versions.
  • Odoo functional certification or project management certification (Scrum, PMP, etc.).
  • Notions of SQL or BI tools to analyze data.
  • Knowledge of the distribution, logistics, or retail sector.

What we offer

  • An ERP at the center of the company and real latitude to decide how it evolves.
  • A family company where decisions are made quickly, without hierarchical layers.
  • 1 day of teleworking per week.
  • 5 weeks of vacation.
  • Continuous training and Odoo certification covered.
  • Employee discounts on our entire range of wines and beverages.

At Alloboissons, we believe that a good IT system is, above all, a cohesive, curious, and future-oriented team. If you share this mindset, join us!

Our values: benevolence – integrity – commitment – respect – team spirit
