What you can move.

• In the responsible function as Group Leader: you lead the team with predominantly homogeneous functions using classic and/or agile methods.
• You are responsible for sometimes demanding products, topics, contents, processes and / or problems and ensure compliance with safety and quality. You lead sub-projects or working groups.
• As Group Leader, you proactively ensure that dependencies, interdisciplinary cooperation and interfaces to other cross-business unit systems, projects and topics are maintained.
• You communicate appropriately with different teams and stakeholders or moderate groups with predominantly demanding content.
• Additionally, you are responsible for resort tasks such as IT, processes or checklists.
• You bring the willingness to take over the deputy role for the Leiterin / des Leiters Einsatzleitzentrale.

• You have leadership training, the eidgenössischer Fachausweis Polizist:in I or an equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience in an Einsatzleitzentrale; experience in operational leadership is an advantage.
• You communicate clearly and confidently in German; good knowledge of French (Level B1) is required. Further languages such as Italian or English are a plus.
