We are looking for our future colleague for a strategic position!Apprentice Admissions Coordinator ---------------------------------------------------------- (Specialized vocational training center) / 80%-100% Our Specialized Vocational Training Center (CFPS) hosts adolescents and young adults (approximately 130 beneficiaries) in day school, boarding school, and apartments under the benefit of an invalidity insurance measure, who are training in various professional sectors offered by our institution. Your main activities As the person responsible for apprentice admissions within our CFPS, you are the primary contact for the Romand disability insurance offices (OAI): * You receive and manage requests for apprentice visits transmitted by the Romand OAI and coordinate the organization of these first meetings. * You ensure the planning and operational and administrative management of discovery internships intended for apprentices. * You coordinate, with the OAI and the various professionals concerned, the entire process related to the orientation periods of the apprentices: planning, monitoring, assessment, and coordination of the next steps. * You occasionally participate in the facilitation of annual assessments. * You provide support to the Socio-professional Masters and the Job Coach in the search for and implementation of company internships for our apprentices. * You participate in various professional events and meetings related to your function and represent the CFPS to its partners. Your profile * You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor, specialized school or title deemed equivalent) related to the function. * You have experience in stakeholder management and networking, in an approach based on cooperation. * You are familiar with supporting young people encountering learning difficulties as well as the Fribourg professional fabric, ideally Romand. * You are an enterprising, committed, and action-oriented person, capable of taking initiative. * You demonstrate benevolence, anticipation, flexibility, and adaptability, and enjoy working in collaboration with interlocutors of varied profiles.
