What you do You lead the Center of Competence (CoC) Damage Property and Liability and are jointly responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the department You develop innovative solutions and processes for damage processing and optimize existing workflows to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction You lead and develop a team of 8-10 specialists in the areas of Business Development, Specialist Area, and Regress, and promote their technical and personal development You analyze damage data, identify trends, and initiate measures to improve damage processing You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and consistency of damage processing What you bring Completed studies in business administration, insurance, law, or a comparable field; alternatively, equivalent training with relevant professional experience Several years of experience in an insurance company, preferably in damage processing, ideally in the area of property and liability damage Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop employees Strong analytical skills and experience in handling damage data as well as deriving strategic measures Experience in projects and/or business development Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of actively developing ideas and solutions.
