Cook (M/F)

Located in Gals between the lakes of Bienne and Neuchâtel, our restaurant offers you an oasis of tranquility and peace, far from the tumult of the city. Seasonal cuisine, Gault & Millau 14 points.

To complete our team, we are looking for a Cook who also enjoys pastry. Capable of working with fresh products, in a small brigade of 6 people. Must be flexible (moving between cold kitchen / pastry / hot kitchen).

Start date:

• Immediately or to be agreed

Duration of employment:

• fixed-term contract until 13 December 2026

Your profile:

• You have recently completed training as a cook (CFC)
• You know how to work alone, with fresh products and are used to à la carte service
• You possess good culinary knowledge and master preparation and different cooking methods.
• You possess a good oral understanding/expression of French, German or Swiss German
• You are ready to invest yourself within a gastronomic level establishment
• Of willful, resilient, flexible and energetic character, you demonstrate reliability
• You have your own vehicle to be able to travel to the workplace (no public transport) or you can stay on-site (possibility of renting a room in the establishment, shower upstairs, no kitchen available)

The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday (days off).
