Sales Support/Technical Administrator Automation (all)

Your tasks

• Creation and elaboration of tailor-made offers for building, process, and area automation (MSRL/GA, control systems, room automation).
• Review of tender documents (submission documents, specifications, schemata) as well as clarification of technical and commercial interfaces with customers and specialist planners.
• Support for project managers and Key Account Management throughout the entire bid and sales process.
• Independent processing of orders, follow-up of offers, as well as maintenance of master and project data in the ERP/CRM system.
• Collaboration in the continuous optimization of internal sales and calculation processes.

What you bring with you

• Technical basic training in the areas of electrical installation, automation technician, building technology (HLKS) or systems engineering.
• Advanced commercial further training (e.g., Technical Clerk) or a corresponding degree (HF/FH in systems engineering, building automation or electrical engineering) or the willingness to do so.
• Solid practical knowledge in the field of MSRL, building automation or industrial control technology.
• Experience in the creation of bills of quantities and offers in the Swiss market.
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing; English or French skills are an advantage.
• Exact, structured way of working, high service awareness and enjoyment of the interface between technology and commerce.
