Clinical Activity
Provide outpatient psychiatric consultations (diagnostic assessment, development and follow-up of therapeutic projects) in compliance with the quality and billing objectives of Le Réseau de l'Arc.
Take charge of complex clinical situations within the outpatient field
Guarantee rigorous clinical documentation, in accordance with medico-legal and billing requirements
Contribute to the continuity and coordination of care with internal and external partners
Supervision and Training
Provide clinical supervision of doctors in training (assistant doctors and chief residents)
Support diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making processes
Actively participate in formal and informal clinical teaching
Ensure the coordination of postgraduate training, in connection with the ISFM, doctors in training and institutional bodies
Organizational Contribution
Participate in clinical colloquiums, service meetings and interdisciplinary exchanges
Contribute to the development, harmonization and continuous improvement of clinical practices
