The Mental Health Hub team brings together experienced professionals intervening 24h/24 in specialized units - acute adult psychiatry, psychogeriatrics, addictology and psychosocial rehabilitation - offering integrated and individualized care in open or closed environments according to needs. It also ensures liaison and training missions recognized by the ISFM, contributing to the quality of care and the training of psychiatrists.

Bilingual Deputy Physician in Psychiatry (German - French)
This evolving position offers you a stimulating framework where clinical practice, innovative projects and commitment to training combine on a daily basis. As part of your mission, you will ensure high-level outpatient psychiatry activity, integrating billable clinical production, clinical supervision missions, postgraduate training and institutional activities, while participating in the continuity of service for the entire Mental Health Hub, in order to guarantee the quality, safety and efficiency of care within the adult outpatient psychiatry service, in a bilingual context.
Job Description
Clinical Activity
Provide outpatient psychiatric consultations (diagnostic assessment, development and follow-up of therapeutic projects) in compliance with the quality and billing objectives of Le Réseau de l'Arc.
Take charge of complex clinical situations within the outpatient field
Guarantee rigorous clinical documentation, in accordance with medico-legal and billing requirements
Contribute to the continuity and coordination of care with internal and external partners
Supervision and Training
Provide clinical supervision of doctors in training (assistant doctors and chief residents)
Support diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making processes
Actively participate in formal and informal clinical teaching
Ensure the coordination of postgraduate training, in connection with the ISFM, doctors in training and institutional bodies
Organizational Contribution
Participate in clinical colloquiums, service meetings and interdisciplinary exchanges
Contribute to the development, harmonization and continuous improvement of clinical practices
Promote inter-site collaboration and the bilingual functioning of the Mental Health Hub.
Specific responsibilities in addition to the points above:
Participation in telephone on-call duties and weekend on-call duties, organized and shared among all FMH senior physicians in psychiatry of the Mental Health Hub

Qualifications
You hold a psychiatrist degree with a specialization in adult psychiatry, recognized by the Swiss authorities (MEBEKO). You also hold the FMH specialist title (or equivalent) in psychiatry.
You are proficient in French and German at a C1 - C2 level ideally
You have confirmed experience in outpatient psychiatry. Experience in supporting patients in acute psychiatric care would be a valuable asset. Significant experience in a university setting would also be desired.
You possess strong skills in listening, analysis and decision-making, and you are able to manage stressful and complex situations effectively. You are autonomous in your practice while respecting the protocols and values of the establishment.
You enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team and are able to communicate effectively with your colleagues. Your team spirit is an asset to contribute to the collective development of our psychiatry service.
