The Aula AG, based in Cham, is an established family business with over 60 years of experience in the real estate industry. With its companies Aula AG, Enikon Treuhand AG and Enikon Immobilien AG, the group covers a wide range of services – from development, planning and realization to fiduciary and tax services, as well as the management and advisory of real estate. We are commissioned to approach an entrepreneurially minded and analytically strong personality as Head of Accounting 100 % In this key position, you will assume overall financial responsibility for Aula AG as well as for Enikon Immobilien AG and actively participate in the further development of the corporate group. You will lead finance and accounting and are responsible for controlling, reporting as well as financial, liquidity and investment planning. In addition, you will prepare quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and are responsible for VAT, payroll and tax matters. As a sparring partner to the CEO, you will develop analyses, forecasts and decision-making bases, maintain bank relationships and are responsible for central topics in the areas of finance, IT and HR. In the long term, there is the possibility to join the management of Aula AG. You have a higher business administration education or an equivalent further training in finance and accounting as well as several years of experience in a comparable function. Closing certainty according to OR is required. Ideally, you have knowledge in the construction, real estate or fiduciary environment as well as confident handling of banks and financing partners. Knowledge in VAT, payroll and tax administration complements your profile.
