Do you recognize yourself in the following? • You hold a category D driver's license • You have proven experience in planning, coordination, or operational management in the field of public transport. • You are recognized for your sense of organization, your ability to manage priorities, and your ease in coordinating multiple interlocutors. • You demonstrate leadership, composure, and make decisions with discernment, even in complex situations. • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and know how to accompany, support, and unite teams. • Experience in team management is an asset • You are oriented towards continuous improvement and ensure compliance with processes as well as the quality of services. • You are proficient in standard IT tools • You possess a C1 level or are a native speaker in French with good knowledge of German, or vice versa Do these missions inspire you? • You coordinate and plan the daily and extraordinary operational activities of the Route sectors. • You establish the service schedules for the supervising teams and ensure their operational coordination. • You ensure the harmonization of practices and operational processes within the sectors. • You manage the production of demonstrations and events in collaboration with internal and external partners. • You assume the role of operational manager during large-scale events and participate in the planning as well as the management of the necessary resources. • You provide close support and operational relay to the Route supervising personnel. • You supervise the establishment of service notices and contribute to the proper transmission of operational information. • You contribute to the monitoring and improvement of service quality in collaboration with the Responsable Opérations et Réseau. • You participate in the on-call service as a Répondant Route and establish the service schedule for the PMR on-call. • You take part in various department projects and actively contribute to the evolution of operational practices.
