• you support and further develop our industry software Printplus – from configuration and parameterization to the installation of updates
• you implement company-specific requirements and optimize service catalogs
• you support interfaces to other systems (e.g., JDF, JMF, SQL) and analyze errors and deviations
• you are the central contact person for the Printplus supplier as well as for internal stakeholders and provide technical guidance to our superusers
• you lead and accompany optimization and expansion projects, conduct training, and support the annual inventory
• you take on further exciting projects and tasks related to specialist IT, prepress, application workflows, publication systems, quality management, as well as the optimization of our processes and services within the entire «Printing» group – always with an eye on the needs of our customers
• you receive the opportunity to develop professionally and personally – with the perspective of taking on more responsibility in team leadership

You will reach your goal if

• you have training in the graphic industry or a comparable training with further education in print/media technology or business informatics
• you have experience with ERP or MIS industry software, ideally with Printplus, and know the processes of a printing plant
• you bring good IT knowledge, advantageously in the area of databases (SQL), interfaces and reporting
• you analyze errors in a structured manner, recognize connections quickly and independently drive solutions and projects forward
• you communicate in a service-oriented manner, reliably bring different stakeholders together and enjoy sharing your knowledge
