For the EMS Blécherette, located in the écoquartier des Plaines-du-Loup, North of Lausanne, we are looking for an occupational therapist 40%

Desired profile:

• Recognized Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy (HES/ ES)
• Experience in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics or palliative care, an asset

You could be the person we are looking for to:

• Guarantee high-quality support services
• Propose and innovate projects within the foundation, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Accompany the resident throughout their stay in their mobilization and movement while preserving their autonomy
• Participate in the resident's life project and collaborate on well-being activities
• Choose an auxiliary aid adapted to the resident
• Provide ergonomics training to professionals
• Support and supervise staff supervision for the use of auxiliary aids
• Perform fall analyses in collaboration with the other occupational therapists of the Foundation
