Tasks ###

• You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries: receipt, assessment and forwarding of service cases
• Processing of service orders
• Responsibility for the smooth deployment planning of the service teams and ensuring optimal tours
• Coordination of appointments, priorities and short-term changes in day-to-day business
• Coordination with technicians, field service and external partners to ensure efficient processes
• Maintenance of relevant data and documents as well as transparent communication towards all parties involved

Requirements ###

• Basic training in the commercial field
• Professional experience as a dispatcher, in deployment planning or service coordination is mandatory
• Quick comprehension and enjoyment in structuring complex processes
• Technical interest and the ability to grasp facts clearly
• Reliable, communicative and solution-oriented personality who maintains an overview even in hectic moments

IT ###

Good user knowledge in MS-Office

Languages ###

German: m+s very good
English/French: an advantage
