Real Estate Management Clerk (60 – 100%)

Your new role with us:

In this position, you are a valuable support in the areas of management, administration, reception, and leasing.

Your tasks

• You are the first contact for our interested parties and customers – both by telephone and at the reception
• You take care of the management incoming mail and ensure that all inquiries are processed quickly and reliably
• You maintain our CRM systems and keep the rental relationships up to date
• You support the management team and help to ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You issue repair orders, assist in the preparation of rental agreement documents, and take on general administrative tasks related to the rental relationships
• You support communication with tenants, tradespeople, and authorities, thereby contributing to a smooth exchange
• You ensure that our office is always well organized

You are perfect for this position if you:

• Have a completed commercial vocational training
• Bring at least 3 years of experience in real estate management
• Are an organizational talent and always appear friendly and professional
• Work independently, structured, and efficiently
• Place value on quality, customer satisfaction, and proactive solutions
• Are an uncomplicated, resilient, and structured personality with humor
• Bring good IT skills (ideally including GARAIO REM) and a clear manner of expression
