What you can achieve.

• Together with your team colleagues, you plan and control the day-to-day business in the central warehouse and take on the technical leadership of four employees. In doing so, you coordinate the logistics processes, support your team with technical questions, and ensure optimal supply for production and customers.
• As the first point of contact, you support colleagues with internal troubleshooting, both on the system side and with topics related to the automated warehouse infrastructure. For partners, you ensure high delivery performance and demonstrate strong customer orientation.
• With enthusiasm, you support the logistics team in their daily work and train employees using process and training documentation.
• You are responsible for master data quality in SAP and create evaluations and analyses. With this, you create the utilization and capacity forecast, monitor the processes, and prioritize warehouse orders.
• In various logistics projects, you drive the further development of supply chain processes and lead sub-projects in your specialist area.
• Thanks to your commitment, ordered products are delivered to customers in the correct quantity and quality, on time and to the right location.

• You ensure smooth warehouse operations with your organizational and coordination talent as well as your initiative and technical competence.
• You work independently and reliably in a team and possess high social competence.
• With your communication skills, you work in a partnership with internal and external contacts and demonstrate customer and process orientation as well as a high awareness of safety and quality.
• You feel comfortable dealing with numbers, use in-depth user knowledge in ERP systems such as SAP EWM, and work routinely with MS Office.
• You have completed an apprenticeship as a Logistiker:in EFZ and have completed higher vocational training as a Prozess- oder Logistikfachfrau-/mann. In addition, you have experience in the technical leadership of employees.
• You have German language skills at level C1, French language skills are an advantage. Additionally, you possess a valid forklift license as well as a category B driver's license.
