• Confirmed experience in project management and team management • Solid mastery of the regulation field About Our Client ## In a context of growth and structuring of the activity, we are looking for a GTB Department Manager (M/F) capable of steering the execution of projects and supporting the development of a specialized technical team. Job Description ## As a true guarantor of the activity's performance, you will ensure team management, project steering, the financial management of the department, as well as the development of client relations. Simultaneously a manager, technical referent, and administrator, you will contribute directly to the growth and profitability of the activity. You will supervise a team of approximately 15 collaborators composed of technicians and project managers. Management and team development \* Lead, unite, and support a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 collaborators \* Participate in recruitment, integration, and the development of team skills \* Define objectives, monitor performance, and promote the professional evolution of collaborators \* Promote a culture of collaboration, engagement, and operational excellence Piloting of activity and projects \* Supervise all department projects, from business acquisition to delivery \* Ensure resource planning and the proper execution of services \* Guarantee compliance with quality, deadline, cost, and performance objectives \* Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project life cycle Commercial development and client relations \* Support the development of the activity in connection with the company strategy \* Participate in the preparation of offers and responses to calls for tenders \* Develop and maintain lasting relationships with key clients and partners \* Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the acquisition of new mandates Technical leadership \* Validate technical orientations and solutions proposed to clients \* Provide your expertise on complex issues related to GTB and regulation \* Guarantee the compliance of installations with current standards and regulations \* Ensure technical and technological monitoring of building automation systems Financial management and performance \* Drive the economic performance and profitability of the department \* Ensure budgetary monitoring and control of financial results \* Analyze performance indicators and implement necessary corrective actions \* Ensure regular reporting to management Quality, safety and continuous improvement \* Deploy and enforce quality, safety, and environmental approaches \* Implement and monitor activity performance indicators \* Identify areas for improvement and optimize internal processes \* Actively contribute to the company's steering bodies The Successful Applicant ## \* Higher technical education (HES Engineer, EPF, Master or equivalent) in the field of building automation, energy, or similar field \* Confirmed experience in managing technical teams as well as in managing complex activities or projects \* Solid mastery of GTB systems, regulation, and building automation \* Good knowledge of protocols such as Bacnet, Modbus, and M-Bus \* Experience with Schneider EBO is an asset \* Developed sense of leadership, organization, and financial steering \* Ability to support the growth of an activity and to unite teams around common objectives What's on Offer ## You will evolve in a stimulating technical environment, within a strategic and rapidly growing activity.
