Your main tasks In this key function, you are not only responsible for the error-free processing of operational HR processes, but you also actively contribute to the continuous optimization of the HR landscape. • Payroll: Entire salary processing in SAP for approx. 350 employees (incl. monthly and annual closings, performance-related pay). • HR-Admin: Support of the entire employee life cycle and first point of contact for employees and managers. • Processes: Master data maintenance in organizational management as well as optimization/digitization of HR processes. • Training: Accompanying and promoting HR apprentices as a practical trainer. • LMS: Course administration and data maintenance in the Learning Management System. Qualifications Your profile • Education: Commercial apprenticeship (KV) with further training in HR or Payroll (e.g., HR-Fachmann/-frau). • Hard Skills: Sound payroll practice, proficient SAP knowledge and secure knowledge of Swiss labor/social security law. • Languages: Very good in German or French with good knowledge of the other language. • Soft Skills: Discreet, analytical, independent and strongly service-oriented.
