Your tasks – responsibility and expertise in nursing

• Professional care and nursing of patients in acute or long-term care
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process according to the latest nursing standards
• Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care
• Advising and supporting patients and their relatives in all nursing and medical questions
• Ensuring patient safety as well as compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Accompanying and promoting junior staff as well as instructional tasks for students and trainees
• Documentation and reporting to ensure seamless nursing quality

Your profile – expertise meets empathy

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF
• Experience in acute care, long-term care or rehabilitation is an advantage
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working
• High social competence and empathy in dealing with patients and relatives
• Resilience and flexibility for working in a dynamic environment
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
