The Swatch Business Unit is responsible for the development, production, assembly and delivery of watch heads for the Swatch and Flik Flak brands. Join our multicultural team and contribute to the success of our innovative and high-quality products as: Your future missions ## • Industrial project management: Pilot projects related to the integration of new production means and the optimization of assembly processes. • Industrialisation: Implement manufacturing processes and ensure their compliance with technical requirements. • Technical writing: Write specifications for equipment, establish documentation and ensure follow-up of calls for tenders. • Economic analysis and investment management: Evaluate the profitability of projects, formulate investment requests and monitor budgets. • Coordination and collaboration: Ensure communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners. • Commissioning of equipment: Ensure the commissioning of assembly and testing facilities, including training of production teams. • Process support: Provide technical support in product evolution and ensure process optimization throughout their life cycle. • Ramp-up and tests: Manage the deployment of processes and tests for Swatch and Flik Flak products.
